Our customers know that The Companion Group is an industry leader in barbecue and grilling accessories, and has been for the last 30 years. We have a newly-released pizza recipe book, and we want to give you a peek behind the scenes on our process!
We started making artisan quality tools and accessories in late 2011 and we haven’t looked back since. Our Pizzacraft® line can transform a home into the best pizzeria in town. We offer everything from pizza stones, pans, tools, and now the Pizzeria Pronto®, a revolutionary portable pizza oven.
Customers frequently ask us for tips, tricks, and delicious recipes to use with products. In 2012 we wrote the Charcoal Companion® Stuffed Burger Recipe Book. Our Stuff-a-Burger® Press creates delicious stuffed burgers with tender and tasty toppings on the inside. But enough about burgers, I’m here to talk pizza!
Like many of our other products that come to life by customer demand, our pizza book is no exception. Our creative and culinary experts put their heads together and started creating, testing, and perfecting our recipes, methods, tips, and more. After months of refining (and making enough pizza to feed our staff for weeks on end) we were satisfied with our final product.
