Beef: Our most robust blend, made with hickory, oak and mesquite. Use for smoking brisket, prime rib, beef ribs, steal, and veal chops. May be used in either gas or charcoal grills.
Ingredients: hickory, oa, and mesquite woods
Pork: Hickory, apple, and a touch of maple for that authentic barbecue flavor. Use with ribs, butts, shoulders, pork loins, tenderloins, chops and whole hogs. May be used in either gas or charcoal grills.
Ingredients: hickory, apple and maple woods
Poultry: A distinctive blend of apple and cherry, with a touch of hickory and oak for spice. Use with chicken, turkey, duck, quail and game birds. Maybe be used in either gas or charcoal grills.

Seafood and Vegetable: The lightest of our smoking blends, made with alder, apple and cherry. Subtle enough to smoke seafood and vegetables without being overpowering. Maybe be used in either gas or charcoal grills.
