Saturday, September 7, The Companion Group will demo the newly debuted Pizzeria Pronto® Outdoor Pizza Oven at the Fourth Street location of Sur La Table in Berkeley. Chuck Adams, Companion Group CEO, and his team will cook pizza and give out samples between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm. Pizzeria Pronto inventor, Cory Borovicka, will also be on site to answer questions about the oven.

Selling for $299.95, the Pizzeria Pronto is an affordable and fast way for home cooks to get the same great results previously only achievable with a wood-burning pizza oven. It pre-heats to 700 degrees Farenheit. within 10 minutes and can cook a pizza in five minutes!

Boasting several patent-pending technologies and weighing only twenty-six pounds, the oven runs on a 20 pound propane tank, but can work with a one-pound propane tank with an adapter (sold separately); the result is a beautifully cooked pizza, with a perfectly crisp and evenly browned crust, every time.
