Pizzeria Pronto Stovetop Pizza Oven Now Available

Cooking in the Williams-Sonoma Pizzeria Pronto Stovetop Pizza Oven

November 5, 2015

The Companion Group is excited to announce that the much-awaited Pizzeria Pronto® Stovetop Pizza Oven, a new gas range powered pizza oven, is available for purchase exclusively from Williams-Sonoma. Pizza-lovers can purchase the pizza oven online at Williams-Somona, or pick one up in stores nationwide for only $179.95.

The Pizzeria Pronto Stovetop Pizza Oven turns any gas range into a pizza oven! Just as its sister, the Pizzeria Pronto Outdoor Pizza Oven, revolutionized pizza-making on the go, the Stovetop Pizza Oven gets you wood-burning oven results in a compact and affordable appliance.

The Pizzeria Pronto Stovetop Pizza Oven has been the focus of our developments efforts; partly because the outdoor version has been so well received. Feedback told us that people with limited outdoor space want the same cooking power and speed our outdoor pizza ovens provide, but indoors. So we made it happen.” says Chuck Adams, CEO of The Companion Group.

Most conventional ovens can only achieve temperatures of 500ºF and require up to an hour to reach those heats. The Stovetop Pizza Oven can heat up to 600ºF in about 15 minutes, and cook your pizza in as little as 6 minutes.

Dual cordierite baking stones absorb the direct heat from the flame and redistribute it evenly, eliminating hot spots. The oven features a reflective heat shield built into the top of the oven redirects heat down onto the top of the pizza so that the toppings cook at the same rate as the crust; a moisture vent at the top allows moisture to escape from the oven for crisper, never soggy, pizza.
